Luxury Full-Home Remodel – Kitchen, Master Bath, Butler’s Kitchen & Interior Upgrades

This multimillion-dollar residence underwent a full interior transformation led by TH & Max Construction, beginning with major structural and layout changes and culminating in high-end, detail-driven craftsmanship throughout.

We started by stripping the home back to its core in the primary spaces — removing old cabinetry, opening and moving walls, and reframing areas to support the new design. A custom-built hood structure was framed and integrated as a focal point of the new kitchen. From the structure outward, the home was rebuilt with a completely new vision.

The master bathroom was transformed into a statement space, featuring a full tile installation throughout the shower and floor, and a custom accent wall that now visually anchors the room.

The kitchen, butler’s kitchen, and laundry areas were rebuilt with new cabinetry and countertops, layered accent lighting, and premium hardware selections, with individual drawer pulls ranging from approximately $25 to over $120 each, reflecting the level of finish carried throughout the home.

Beyond the core remodel, the entire first- and second-floor hardwood was refinished in a darker tone, dramatically changing the home's feel. After refinishing, all flooring was fully protected with Masonite, allowing cabinetry and countertops to be installed without compromising the new surfaces, enabling construction to continue without affecting the finishes.

Additional upgrades included replacing a secondary bathroom vanity and repainting all baseboards across both floors to complete the transformation.

Throughout the project, we isolated active construction zones and maintained strict dust and cleanliness control to protect the rest of the home.

The result was a fully reimagined interior — brighter, richer, and more refined — demonstrating our ability to execute complex home remodels from demolition to final detail while protecting at every stage.
