4. Occupied-Space Construction, Site Protection & Environmental Control

We specialize in working cleanly and professionally in active environments. This includes advanced dust containment, negative air systems, floor and surface protection, sound mitigation, phased work planning, and daily cleanup procedures. Whether inside offices, professional buildings, or occupied residences, we build with minimal disruption, controlled work zones, and strict cleanliness standards.

5. Selective Demolition & Site Preparation

Our demolition work is precise, controlled, and strategic. This includes interior tear-outs, structural removals, concrete cutting, ceiling and wall demolition, and surface preparation. 6. Structural & Architectural Framing

We perform structural modifications and architectural framing that reshape spaces and support new designs. This includes load-bearing wall removals, beam installations, enlarged openings, structural corrections, and full re-layouts. 7. Wood & Metal Stud Framing

We build complete wood and light-gauge steel framing systems for residential and commercial projects. 8. MEP Coordination – Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC

We coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes through licensed trade partners. This includes layout planning, rough-ins, system relocations, upgrades, and final integration. Our involvement ensures that building systems align with framing, finishes, schedules, and inspection requirements, reducing conflicts and accelerating progress.

9. Building Systems & Low-Voltage Integration

We support and integrate modern building systems, including data, communications, security, audiovisual, access control, and smart-building infrastructure. This includes backing installations, framing accommodations, equipment coordination, concealed pathways, access panels, and architectural integration so systems function properly without compromising design or finish quality.

10. Drywall Systems & Advanced Finishing

We install full drywall systems, including hanging, taping, specialty assemblies, and high-end surface preparation. Our finishing includes Level 4 and Level 5 skim coatings, detail corrections, and specialty surfaces. We install wallpaper systems, decorative wall treatments, specialty coatings, and architectural finishes used to elevate interior spaces beyond standard paint. This includes surface preparation, precision installation, and protection of adjacent finishes.

16. Final Paint & Surface Coatings

We perform high-end interior painting, spray finishes, commercial coatings, and final surface execution. Our painting process includes detailed masking, protection, clean work practices, and final finish refinement to bring the entire project together.

17. Exterior modification & Envelope Integration

We perform window and door installations, exterior openings, structural penetrations, flashing integration, and envelope tie-ins where interior construction interfaces with exterior systems.
