Full Unit Refresh - Williams Architect’s

For this phase of the project, our team was brought in to fully paint a 15,000+ sq ft commercial office unit under a tight deadline. The schedule was compressed by the client’s move-in timeline, requiring us to work efficiently without sacrificing final quality.

One of the biggest challenges was access. The space had full perimeter desk systems and finished interiors already in place, which meant lifts weren’t an option. To reach the upper walls and ceiling lines, we built and rotated three full scaffold setups, running two 16-foot scaffold planks to safely maneuver around the entire office. This allowed us to consistently detail the tops of walls and high elevations throughout the space.

Before any painting began, we fully protected all carpet, desks, tables, and fixtures, taking extensive precautions to control both paint and dust in an active professional environment. The job demanded constant breakdown and re-setup of scaffolding while maintaining clean, controlled work zones.

Despite access limitations and time constraints, we completed the project on schedule and delivered a uniform, high-quality finish across the entire unit.
